NewsNav (including apps, mini-programs or other products or services offered through a mobile device software programs) is operated by UP Network Technology PTE.LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "We" ,"Us" or "3UP").

We are committed to ensuring that we do our best to protect the personal information and privacy of users of NewsNav(hereinafter referred to as “users” or “you”). At the same time, we promise to take appropriate security measures to protect your personal information and privacy following mature industry standards.

1.1 Account Registration

In order to provide you with our services, you can log in to NewsNav using our supported third-party platform account (your Apple account). If you log in using an Apple account, we will obtain relevant information (such as your nickname, avatar) from the Apple account according to your authorization, and use it to associate with the NewsNav account, so that you can log in and use the product and related services directly.

You may also provide additional information during registration, login or subsequent use, which helps us to provide personalized recommendations and enhance the service experience.

Please be aware that when you visit NewsNav, you can browse and search anonymously, and we will provide you with some of NewsNav's basic functionality in visitor mode. The basic services do not collect any personal information from you. However, you are required to register as a user of the platform in order to use publishing, bookmarking and other user services.

1.2 Setting Avatar

When you choose to take a photo or select one from the album as your account profile picture, we will request access to your album and collect the photo information and related data that you provide. If you refuse to provide such access, you will not be able to use this particular feature without affecting your access to other features of the Product and/or Services.

1.3 Content search

When you use the search function, we will automatically collect your search keywords and search log information, in order to provide efficient search services, some of the above information will be temporarily stored on your local device, and can show you the search history.

If you do not want us to collect information about your search keywords and search logs, you can turn on/off the relevant authorization at any time by using the relevant feature Settings page of our products and/or services.

Disable authorization. Set the path to:

NewsNav - Settings - Privacy Settings - Allows NewsNav to collect keyword and search log information.

After you fundamentally update the NewsNav APP version, we will not change the permission status you previously set without your consent.

1.4 Content browsing

In order to better provide you with content recommendation display, optimize the search results, understand the adaptability of different hardware devices to the product, ensure the safety of the operating environment, identify the abnormal state of the account and other purposes, when you use our video, news and other services content playback, browsing function, we will collect your device information and log information.

The above device information includes: GUID, device model, and system version; Log information includes browsing record, playback record, playback duration, bookmarks, reading record, favorites record, and access date and time.

When you use the function of downloading and saving pictures, if the system version of your device is Android 10 and below, we will ask you to authorize the storage privilege in order to write the relevant information of the picture files in your setup of external storage space; if the system version of your device is Android 10 or above, we will not ask you to authorize the storage privilege.

1.5 Sending You Notifications

We may send you service-related notices when necessary (for example, when we suspend individual services for system maintenance). If you wish to stop receiving these messages, you can ask us to stop sending them. However, we may continue to send messages in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

When you make a complaint, representation or inquiry to us, we require your email address to contact you or help resolve the issue. If you refuse to provide this information, we may not be able to provide timely feedback on complaints, appeals or consultation results.

You can opt out of NewsNav's collection of personal information by disabling some or all of your permissions in the Settings feature of your device. The mode of displaying and disabling permissions may vary depending on the device. For details, see the device and system developer's instructions or guidelines.

Please note that if you turn on any permission, you authorize us to collect and use relevant personal information to provide corresponding services for you. If you turn off any permission, you cancel your authorization. We will no longer collect and use relevant personal information based on the corresponding permission, and we will stop providing corresponding services for you. However, your action to disable permissions will not affect the previous collection and use of information based on your authorization.

5. Change of purpose for collecting and using personal information

As our business evolves, changes may be made to NewsNav's features and services. In principle, when the new function or service is related to the function or service currently provided by us, the personal information collected and used will be directly or reasonably related to the original purpose of processing. 1. Situations where we may share your personal information

d. Necessary to comply with applicable laws and regulations, safeguard the public interests, or for the legitimate interests of a third party, as reasonably required;

f. When an academic research institution conducts statistics or research in the public interest and de-identifies personal information contained in the results before providing them externally.

How do we store, transfer and protect your personal information

1. Storage and transfer of personal information

We store your personal information we collect within the territory of the People's Republic of Singapore, in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

We may deploy servers based on business development and local legal requirements. Therefore, we may transfer and store your personal information in data centers in destinations other than your country of residence, in accordance with applicable law, and although the location of these data centers may differ from the personal information protection standards of your jurisdiction, we strive to protect your personal information in accordance with more stringent standards to minimize the risk of data breaches.

2. By using NewsNav services, you are deemed to understand and consent to our practices regarding the transfer and storage of your personal data outside of residence.

3. Storage period: Generally speaking, we only store your personal information for the shortest period necessary for the purpose of providing our services. Once this storage period expires, we will delete or anonymize your personal information in accordance with the requirements of relevant laws and regulations. However, under the following circumstances, we may change the storage period of information in order to comply with legal requirements:

a. To comply with applicable laws, regulations, etc.

b. To comply with a court decision, ruling or other legal procedure.

c. To comply with the requirements of relevant government authorities or legally authorized organizations.

1. We will take all reasonable measures to ensure that you can access, update and correct your registration information or other personal information provided when using NewsNav. To access, update and correct the above information, we may require you to authenticate your identity to protect the security of your account and information.

2. Despite the above agreement, we may not be able to respond to your request under the following circumstances as required by laws and regulations:

a. Related to national security and national defense security;

b. Related to public safety, public health or significant public interests;

c. Related to the investigation, prosecution and trial of criminal offenses;

d. There is sufficient evidence that you have subjective malice or abuse of rights;

e. Responding to your request will lead to serious damage to the legitimate rights and interests of other individuals and organizations.

Ⅵ. Hints about the rights of individuals

We place great importance on your management of personal information and make every effort to ensure your ability to access, correct, delete, withdraw consent, and exercise other legal rights, enabling you to fully maintain your privacy and personal information security.

1. Accessing, correcting, duplicating and deleting your personal information

1.1 After you complete the account registration of NewsNav, you can access, modify and copy your personal information at any time.

You have the right to access, modify, copy, and delete your personal information. You can submit a request via email toA3UPSTORE@outlook.com, and we will respond accordingly after understanding your needs.

1.2 Under the following circumstances, you may request us to delete your personal information:

a. If our processing of personal information violates laws and regulations;

b. If we collect and use your personal information without your consent;

c. If our processing of personal information violates our agreement with you;

d. If you no longer use our products or services, or you cancel your account;

e. If we no longer provide you with products or services.

1.3 If we decide to respond to your deletion request, we will also notify the entities that have obtained your personal information from us to delete it in a timely manner, unless otherwise required by law or regulation, or these entities have your independent authorization. When you delete information from our services, we may not immediately delete the corresponding information from the backup system, but we will delete it when the backup is updated.

1.4 For personal information that is difficult to access, modify, copy or delete directly on the client, or to exercise other legal rights, you can also submit the relevant application to us through the contact information provided in this policy.

2. Withdraw consent

Each business function requires some basic personal information to be completed. For additional collected personal information, you can give or withdraw your consent at any time. You can apply by email at A3UPSTORE@outlook.com. When you withdraw your consent, we will no longer process the corresponding personal information. However, your decision to withdraw your consent will not affect the processing of personal information previously carried out on the basis of your authorization.

3. Cancellation of accounts

In accordance with the regulations governing the safe storage of network information, we provide a corresponding cancellation function.

Upon cancellation of your account, we will immediately stop providing you with products or services and delete your personal information at your request, unless otherwise provided by law or regulation.

The cancellation process

Click My -> General Settings -> Click Log Out User -> Click OK -> Verify Email -> Submit Log out

After the cancellation process is completed, the server will instantly clear the user's personal data, membership data and all app-level functionality data in the app, as well as clearing the local cache of the mobile app and logging out of the current login state.

Notes on cancellation:

After you complete the cancellation procedure according to the platform process, the user information and related data under the account will not be recovered. However, your use of NewsNav prior to cancellation will continue to be governed by the terms of this Agreement. During your use of NewsNav, the processing of your personal information or intellectual property rights by us, as authorised by you, will continue to be effective.

4. The personal data subject obtains a copy of personal information

You can apply by email at A3UPSTORE@outlook.com. Where technically feasible, we may also, upon your request, directly transfer a copy of your personal information to a third party designated by you.

5. Fee collection and refusal

For your reasonable request, we do not charge fees in principle, but for repeated requests that exceed reasonable limits, we may charge a certain fee according to the situation. Requests that are unnecessarily repetitive, require excessive technical means, pose a risk to the legitimate rights and interests of others, or are impractical, will be rejected. In the following cases, according to the requirements of laws and regulations, we will not be able to respond to your request:

a. Directly related to national security and national defense security;

b. Directly related to public safety, public health or major public interests;

c. Directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial and execution of judgments;

d. There is sufficient evidence of subjective malice or abuse of rights on your part;

e. Responding to your request will cause serious damage to the legitimate rights and interests of you or other individuals and organizations;

g. Objections raised by third party users or partners.

You need to carefully consider whether to disclose sensitive personal information when using NewsNav or to provide, upload or post sensitive personal information in a manner that obscures such information.

3. You agree that your sensitive personal information will be handled for the purposes and in the manner described in this Privacy Policy.

1. We may use your information to provide you with more relevant advertisements.

2. We may also use your information to send you advertising and marketing messages via NewsNav, email or other means to provide or promote the following products and services of 3UP or third parties:

a. Products or services offered by 3UP, its affiliates, and partners;

b. Products or services from third-party suppliers, including but not limited to: Food and dining, sports, music, film, television, live performances and other arts and entertainment, books, magazines and other publications, clothing and accessories, jewelry, cosmetics, personal health and hygiene, electronics, collectibles, housewares, appliances, home decor and furnishings, pets, automobiles, hotels, transportation and travel, banking, insurance and other financial services, membership points and reward programs, as well as any other products or services that we believe may be relevant to you.

3. If you prefer that we do not use your personal information for the advertising purposes described above, you can request us to stop using your personal information for such purposes. You can do this through the relevant prompts provided in advertisements or through guidelines specified in specific services.

Ⅸ. Tips on minors using the services

1. We attach great importance to the protection of minors' personal information. Minors under the age of 18 are not allowed to use NewsNav without the consent of their parents or legal guardians. Different jurisdictions have varying age classifications for minors and rules regarding the protection of minors' privacy. If you have reached the age of 18 but are still a minor under local law, you should read this Policy and the Rules for the Protection of Minors' Personal Information under the supervision and guidance of your guardian, and submit relevant personal information after your guardian has agreed to this Policy and the Rules for the Protection of Minors' Personal Information. Please note that due to the nature of the Internet and online anonymity, it is challenging for us to verify every instance of guardian consent.

2. In cases where personal information of minors is collected with the consent of parents or legal guardians, we will only use or publicly disclose this information when permitted by law, with the express consent of parents or legal guardians, or when necessary to protect minors.

3. If a minor uses NewsNav without the consent of the parent or legal guardian, the parent or guardian of the minor has the right to contact us and ask us to delete the personal information of the minor. We will delete the information immediately upon verification.

4. If we discover that we have collected personal information from a minor without the verifiable prior consent of a parent or legal guardian, we will endeavor to delete the data as soon as possible.

We may send you service-related announcements when necessary (e.g., when a service is suspended for system maintenance). You may not be able to cancel and restrict us from sending you these service-related announcements that are not promotional in nature.

1. Except for some specific services, all 3UP services are subject to this Privacy Policy. Specific privacy policies will apply to certain services, and 3UP will provide detailed explanations on how we use your information in those services. The privacy policy for a specific service forms part of this Privacy Policy. If there is any inconsistency between a specific service's privacy policy and this Privacy Policy, the specific service's privacy policy shall prevail.

2. Unless otherwise stated in this Privacy Policy, terms used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the User License Agreement.

3. NewsNav may include or link to social media or other services (including websites) provided by third parties. For example, we provide you with links to third-party services or websites through advertisements or other means on our Services.

4. Such third party social media or other services may be operated by relevant third parties and may have their own privacy policies and methods for obtaining your personal information, which are not under our control. Your use of such third-party social media services or other services (including any personal information you provide to such third parties) is subject to the third party's Terms of Service and privacy policy (not the 3UP User License Agreement or this Privacy Policy), and you should read their terms carefully. This Privacy Policy applies only to the information collected by 3UP and does not apply to any third-party services or their information usage rules. 3UP is not responsible for any third-party use of the information you provide

XII. Tips on changes to the privacy policy

1. 3UP may revise the terms of this Privacy Policy from time to time, and such amendments form part of this Privacy Policy. If such changes result in a material reduction of your rights under this Privacy Policy, we will notify you by prominently displaying a notice or sending you an email or other communication before the changes take effect. In such cases, by continuing to use NewsNav, you agree to be bound by the amended Privacy Policy. We will not reduce your rights under this Privacy Policy without your express consent. We will post any material changes we make to this policy on this page. Material changes referred to in this Policy include, but are not limited to:

a. Significant changes in our service model. Such as the purpose of processing personal information, the type of personal information processed, and the use of personal information;

b. Significant changes in our ownership structure or organizational structure, such as those caused by business adjustments, bankruptcy or mergers and acquisitions;

c. Changes in the primary recipients of personal information shared, transferred, or publicly disclosed;

2. The effective date of this Privacy Policy is the date of publication/update. XIII. Other terms

1. 3UP solemnly reminds the user to pay attention to the provisions in this agreement that exempt 3UP from liability and limit users' rights, please read carefully and consider the risks independently. Minors should read this Agreement with a guardian.

2. The validity, interpretation and settlement of disputes hereof shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Singapore. If any dispute or controversy occurs between the user and 3UP, it shall be settled through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, you may bring a lawsuit to the court with jurisdiction in the place where 3UP is registered.

3. If any provision of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and binding upon both parties.
